Switching Utilities

You should call to have the utilities switched into your name effective on the date you take possession of the home. Gas is provided by Dominion Energy, trash and water is provided by the city where you new home is located, and electricity is provided by Rocky Mountain Power (except in a few areas where the city also provides the electricity). For internet, it depends on what you’d like or need as far as speeds go, but here are a few options you could call on to check on pricing!
